3. Interviews & Due Diligence
Shortlisted subcontractors are invited for interviews where we assess:

4. Contract Negotiation & Final Selection
Once a subcontractor is chosen, we finalize contract terms, including:
- Scope of Work & Deliverables
- Payment Terms & Milestones progress
- Compliance & Liability Coverage
5. Performance Monitoring
Throughout the project, we actively monitor subcontractor performance to ensure:
- Adherence to schedule and budget
